What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with variation in size/shape/weight of the package, value of the invoice and delivery location.
MROvendor.in incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
For MROvendor Customers only:
Free shipping is available for orders above 2000
Shipping mode for free shipping orders will be by Surface only.
Expedited shipping options available but at extra charge.
Refunds
Once the refund is approved, it will take 2-8 business days for you to receive the order amount based on your mode of payment.
- For Credit/Debit Card/Net Banking/Wallets – 2-4 business days
- If the transaction is done through NEFT and Cheque, then the customer needs to share the below-mentioned details at our e-mail
ID scm@mrovendor.in from their registered e-mail ID: - 1. Account number
- 2. Account Holder's name
- 3. IFSC Code
- After receiving the required information for a refund, the refund will be processed in 2 business days, and the same will reflect in your account in another 2 to 4 business days
- For EMI payment, the refund will be credited in 6-8 business days after cancellation
